Jason's Big Day!
As I've mentioned before, Jason turned 8. I'm still not sure I'm grown up enough to have an eight year old... but he is!
We waited until August to have his baptism so Grandma and Grandpa could come from Canada. There were plenty of guests, and I think we all had a great time!
We started the day with a picnic in the park. Jacob enjoyed the Doritos!

Then we headed off to Bananas to play. Everyone was too busy having fun to get many pictures, but there is a video of the big boys playing golf with Megan!
And this is our group. Jason was so so blessed to have so many people come to share his special day with him.
One of the neatest things, for me, was to see six of his great-grandparents there.
We were all starving after the baptism, and headed to Red Robin to eat. I manged to get a little video of my grandparents - who traveled from NY state and Canada just to be here!

That's so awesome that he has SO many people who love him! I don't know if I've ever seen such a large baptism turn out. (possibly one of the most amazing things, is Grandmother posed for a picture...unless things have changed, she rarely does that.) Congrats to Jason, that's such a special day!
Yay for Jason! I love him! That really was such a fun day!
